A circle lead is a member or expert with experience and knowledge on a particular subject who will guide and advise the circle's members. A Circle Lead's role is to facilitate the group and to share knowledge, develop and and support the members involved.

Circle members are mentors and mentees who want guidance, knowledge, or advice to further their expertise on specific topics. Members can expect to learn and build their networks through these small groups all working together to achieve goals and enhance their skills.
