The Lead's role is to facilitate the Circle and to share knowledge and support the members involved. A circle lead has expertise, experience and knowledge on a particular subject and will guide and advise the circle's members. Join as a Lead and a Member if you are interested in joining multiple Circles.

Circle members are mentors and mentees who want guidance and/or to share knowledge and advice on specific topics. Members can expect to learn and build their networks through these small groups all working together to achieve goals and enhance their skills.
